I called Doing it Wright appliance to service washer and dryer..the first time them came they fixed the dryer out of there truck ..the washing machine problem needed new parts..the door latch switch was faulty..they ordered a new one and came back to fix it within a week ...the instilled the new switch and the washer is working perfectly..I asked them how much I owed them and they didn't even charge me ...I would highly recommend them ...thanks so much
