I bought an MCB-36 in 2012 and it was truly superb. By 2024, the heating had become a bit uneven so it was time to replace the burners, radiants and, it turned out, an interior back panel. Their customer service is amazing. (It's rare these days to be able to talk to someone who thoroughly knows their product.)

I ordered the parts on-line and they arrived a couple of days later. I spent a few hours cleaning the insides and installing the parts and my grill now performs like new. The way this thing is built, I'm guessing that it will last at least another 12 years.

Expensive but well worth it in the long run.
