Took the motorhome in for 3 repairs
1) The jacks were not working properly was told the parts would be in the next day maybe 2 days. Went and picked up the motorhome after 3 days because it was the long weekend and the guy we were dealing with was on the phone so another fellow told us "those parts wont be here for 4 weeks we never get parts from the company over night".
2) Missing a simple cap on the awning was told it was going to be a $50 part and $110 to install it. I said to the service guy it's 1 screw to put it on and I have the screw. Was told there was rivets to put in and it just was not that easy. FALSE! I can take the other ones on and off in 30 seconds with the 1 screw.
3) The front part of the slide awning had come out of the channel and was flapping in the wind. Was told I needed a new awning and it would be over a week to get the new canvas at a price of almost $600. I took the canvas off in about half an hour went and got a small little rip fixed for $35 and put it back on for a total of an hour of my labour.
I can understand if the service guy was mistaken about one thing, maybe never dealt with the company in the US to get parts overnight but all 3 things I was getting done, I was not told the truth and was being gouged.
