These guys have the worst Customer service I've ever dealt with. They botched the installation date. When they did come the project was unfinished due to measuring screw ups. Then they didn't even show up on the date they were supposed to finish it. Very poorly run business with lack of communication with staff and customers.
I think they believe their customers have no life and can just sit around waitng for them to may or may not come.
Good luck to anyone using them in the future.

Nice cabinets, poor customer service.
We paid Olympia to manage our counter tops along with the cabinetry. In the end when we had an issue with damage to the counter top, Olympia did not step up at all. When I went to the parent company in Guelph...they couldn't be bothered returning a call to us (after 2 phone messages, one e-mail, one fax) I cannot recommend a company with such a poor business model. In the end, the stone supplier stepped up...they were wonderful to deal with....even though we did not buy directly from them.

Huge disappointment. Placed order for kitchen and was promised it to be ready and installed in 4-5 weeks. I kept calling and e-mailing, but they kept pushing my order back. 10 weeks passed, they charged 90% already, but kitchen still not installed and they done give me installation date! Installers damaged new tiles in the kitchen, and Manager of Operations stating they didn't do it. He has being rude and un professional. Olympia is not the same like it was before!!!! Stay away from this company

13 years ago we hired Olympia Cabinets to do our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wall unit. We were very please with their workmanship and so now that we're ready for an update, we called them again. They came right to give us a quote and Kerry was extremely helpful with ideas. Completely happy.
