It is a pleasure for us to write this letter on behalf of John and Larry. I must point out that I initiated this communication because we felt it necessary to point out the high level of customer service my wife and I received from John and Larry. It is a rare privilege to be able to commend someone for their efforts these days, as complaints seem the more common. One must certainly agree that it takes teamwork to make things happen therefore, we must also thank Jim who helped us pick, plan and coordinate the things necessary to begin the transformation. Jim had the patience and courtesy of listening to what my wife and I wanted, addressed our concerns and the order for our renovation was placed. When the actual day came for installation of our flooring my wife and I were excited and anxious to see the final results. John is a very skilled professional, he did not disappoint.
