We needed a new Range. We did our research, determined what we wanted, then checked out all the Big Box Stores around town for price, availability, warranty, delivery, pick up, and installation charges. Then we checked out Lucky's. These people are amazing. They are extremely product knowledgeable and were attentive to our needs. There was never any pressure to buy now or to up-sell to something we didn't want or need. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we saved over the Big Box Stores (special prices). Lucky's provided an extended 1+4 year warranty vs most Big Boxers only offering a 1+3 year warranty, next day delivery, pick-up of the old unit and installation cheaper than anyone else. About the delivery: These guys are real professionals. They came into our home and treated it like it was theirs. They carried this heavy range to it's spot in the kitchen so that the floor was protected from any damage. Then they took the time to install it perfectly! Greats guys.
