Steve's company did an excellent job. They were efficient and knowledgeable offering suggestions as work progressed. Their equipment was 1st class and job appropriate. The work involved excavating down to the footings of our Florida room, replacing the drainage tile, re-coating the exterior walls, fixing a crack and applying a quality membrane. The follow up work involving back filling and grading was neat and tidy. Steve's initial quote was spot on and settled with a gentleman's handshake late last fall.
