The Granite Guys

As a first time home owner i was a little nervous to start renovations, and really didn't even know where to begin as far as getting new countertops installed. The Granite guys, from start to finish were very easy, professional and friendly to deal with. They explained the entire process my first visit and were true to their word. Their staff that did the measuring, and installations in my home were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. And of course, the actual product is beautiful and i LOVE the result. Thank-you!!

Couldn't be happier! My counters look great . Very helpful staff . The installers Kevin , Tyson and Brandon were quick and clean . This has been a great experience , so pleased with the results! Would recommend these guys to everyone .

The granite was installed when we were out of the country. Walter and the staff handled my calls to make last minute changes very professionally, and were able to give me a larger sink in the breakfast bar. The install of the quartzite happened on time and without a single problem.

A beautiful countertop!! We are so happy. It was ready sooner than promised and it looks so great - very modern and luxurious! I recommend The Granite Guys most highly!

We were pleased with all of our contacts at the Granite Guys. Walter even came down to the suppliers and helped us pick the perfect slab. He helped us find the perfect placement on the slab and we were even allowed to change the placement. Measurements and installation went off without a hitch. Our countertops are a big part of the wow factor in our kitchen!

We just had our kitchen counters and 6’x5’ island replaced with a beautiful Blue Fire granite from Brazil and aside from loving our choice of material we are extremely happy with our choice of working with The Granite Guys. From first walking in the door and dealing with Walt, who in the end not only answered all our questions, he walked through the process and even at their expense steered us away from extra unnecessary work – he was great all the way through. The office crew; Amanda & Sandra were very friendly and first-rate to work with. The field guys (Justin “the Templater”) and Shop Guys (sorry but “names” escape me) were great – very knowledgeable and helpful. Lastly came the Installers, Kevin, Tyson & Brandon…these guys were awesome. Besides being warm & friendly they were professional and worked great as a team (each had a role and walked through it with ease). Overall in the world of “Customer-Service”, which honestly is lacking in recent time, our experience with The Granite Guys has been marvelous.

Granite guys were great to deal with. We recently moved to Calgary and decided to get knew granite countertops. Walter came to our home and was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through this project. Kevin, Tyson and Brandon did an excellent job installing the granite. All were very professional and very pleasant to deal with. We were given names of reliable plumbers and backsplash installers so there was no scrambling around trying to find someone to complete the job. We had a very pleasant experience and love our new granite countertops. They were right on schedule and everything went so smoothly.

We had the Granite Guys do the granite in our kitchen and couldn't be happier. We did a lot of research on many companies in Calgary and took over two months to choose a company and the slabs.

They were by far the right choice....From the staff at the store to the estimator (very friendly, courteous and clean and careful) to Neil who helped mock up the Slabs (a giant thank you to Neil, he was awesome to deal with from start to finish...and any time an issue arose he worked to fix it 110%) You can really tell the integrity of a company by how they handle problems and issues and this is true of Granite guys, they worked so hard to make sure that we were absolutely happy with the end results that we knew that we as customers really mattered to them.
The two guys who cam to install the granite were also wonderful to deal with, both were friendly, professional, and very careful with cabinetry and floors. The granite only had one small seem at the back of the slide in range (which was awesome...makes the kitchen loof great), which they did an expert job on that!

I would not consider using any one else on our next granite projects (Master Bath, hall bath and laundry room) and would highly recommend them to my friends and family or anyone looking for a great company to deal with.
