Their president Wayne is a smooth talker - expect charm and the perception of your best interests. Then once you receive your final budget, expect $100K more - by that time you have invested too much time and money to go elsewhere. (This is the good news). The BAD news: The house was 2 months overdue and was riddled with deficiencies, with very poor service afterwards. I feel bamboozled and should have gone with my instincts.
