Aurora did some great work for my in-laws, so I had them come out to do a quote on our ailing patio door. From quote to install of the new sliding door it was about 4 weeks. Great job and a great door!

we had a front door entry installed and french patio doors with built in mini screens. Team worked quickly ,cleaned up and we are very please with the service and doors. Have received many compliments on the doors and questions as to who installed them. We have told many friends about the service Aurora has given us .

The installers were right on time and completed the job all in one day. The windows look amazing, we're so happy with them. They took care to clean up all the mess and did a wonderful job installing the new windows. Right from the start sales manager Alon was a joy to deal with. He was very patient and took the time to explain the different options and answered all our questions. Communications with him were timely, he always answered our calls, texts and emails promptly. Aside from minor imperfections in the glass of two of the windows, which Alon came to inspect day of installation and assured us Vinylbilt will be in touch with us to correct the issues, we are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend Aurora Windows and Doors.

From beginning to end, we are very very happy with Aurora Oshawa location. We felt very welcome in the show room. The installation team showed very good team work. Dimitri in charge the team well and humour.

Can 3 weeks prior to do install and did measuring. We picked out styles etc week before. Intall was done all in one day and he came back next morning to do minor cleanup and adjustments. Done to perfection.

Alon was excellent in his communication and always being punctual when it came to timing. Because he used to be an installer himself he was able to answer all my questions in detail to my satisfaction, making the best recommendations possible when it came to the type of windows to be installed.

The installers called each time to confirm that I was home before they came over. And it was the same installer to take the measurements for the window who came back to do everything.

They worked very quickly and efficiently while removing the old windows right through to installing the new ones and clean up was very thorough.

The installers showed me how to operate the windows properly and after showing me a wrongly installed handle from the manufacturer came back the very next morning to replace it with the proper part.

I appreciate the fact that it was always Alon that I spoke to and that he never referred me to anyone else, assuring me that he would answer any questions or concerns with the utmost accuracy.

I highly recommend both Alon and Aurora Windows and Doors to anyone that is looking for a small window replacement project to a full house with sliding doors and the whole nine yards.
