We are very pleased with our Aurora Windows and Doors experience. Alon was professional and patient as we made our decision on the design and type of windows we replaced. The installation crew was swift and left our space spotless. We will go with Aurora again when replace our old doors.

Workers came on time finished the work on time. Owners friendly good customer service. Will highly recommend!

We were extremely pleased with the recent installation of our windows and door. Aurora windows were very punctual and took great care to protect our home. They didn’t leave any mess and were very quick at changing out the windows and door. The workers were extremely conscientious and polite. The service rep Alon was very knowledgable about the windows. He made suggestions to change certain windows style. We are very pleased at how the new style looks. Great job Aurora windows !!!!

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. We did extensive research for our door purchase and selected Aurora Windows & Doors. Alon (sales associate) was very helpful. He came to our house to measure, offered suggestions, samples and product books. He answered his phone promptly when I called later with questions. We took several months to make our decision about the style of door and glass. We did not receive any annoying phone calls or emails pressuring us for a decision. When we finally went in to place the order Felix was also a pleasure. He offered some suggestions and let us know how long it would be for the order to come in. The order arrived when expected and the 2 installers were skilled, efficient, careful and respectful in our home. The final product is exactly what we were hoping it would be. I would highly recommend this company.

We had 4 windows and 2 doors put in, price quoted was the best we found. Because of this we were able.to have Brick to Brick windows installed instead of retro fit. Alan was was very knowledgeable and did not try to rush our decision. Installers were quick and efficient. Windows and doors look beautiful!

Completely blown away by service and quality of product...from the initial consultation to completion of work. The two installers came when promised and worked non stop for 2 1/2 days. We have one window which has odd dimensions because our home is modified for our special needs child. Workman brainstormed and customized the window to fit. Could not have been happier with finished project and will definitely recommend them to our friends.

We had a great experience with Aurora Windows on installation of a new door and windows on December 7th, 2018.
It started with the salesman almost 12 months ago . He was very patient and worked with our budget to give us a good quality and help in choosing the best design. I never pressured us to sign the contract right away. He knew his product very well and told us the pros and cons of each option.The installation team did an amazing job with professionalism as they were expected to.
The gentleman who was leading the install has a great attention to details and you could tell that he is putting his heart in doing the job.
He answered all my questions and concerns with a smile every time I asked. They left the house spotless.
We love our new door and windows, we are happy we chose this company and highly recommend it.
