Rick was very professional at educating me the type of products I'm getting. The installation was done in 2 hours and the installers were able to fit the condenser in the least obstructive fashion. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Installed AC with High Efficiency Cooling and heating Inc. Rick was very helpful in providing information about which AC product to choose and was patient in explaining the details of the work. The contractors were also easy to work with, and were very effective in having the installation done in half a day. Good experience and highly recommended.

I get three quotes for everything I do. I judge based on price and honesty. I found Rick to be honest based on my own research after getting all my quotes. He was direct and did not exagerrate. The job was completed about a month ago, I'm very happy with the install. Everything was installed cleanly exactly as discussed. Service personnel are wonderful to deal with. They do their job, left the place clean. They bring the old air con and they took the garbage with them.
The staff on the office "Jenny", is a good person to deal with. They do all the paper works and fulfill their promise.
