My furnace broke down overnight and the temperature dropped to 18 degree in the house. With a senior person at home, I got really worried especially in the cold winter.
I called High Efficiency the first thing in the morning, and they responded immediately and sent a skilled technician to my house. They replaced the broken blower motor and brought the furnace back to work within a couple of hours. On top of that, they have also inspected the furnace and provided some useful suggestions.
