We were first assisted by excellent customer service from Gilbert who was so quick and responsive.

We were then provided with thorough, efficient and friendly service within the day by Serguei, who was able to assess the problem, educate us about the issues and make the necessary repairs to get our thermostat replaced and A/C working again.

Harry was very knowledgeable and thoroughly inspected our HVAC system on multiple floors. He was honest and didn't try to upsell us and recommended a economical solution to our heating and cooling vs. buying a brand new unit.

My central aircon was not blowing cold air. Was going to call different contractors and decided to call Hi Efficiency H & C first. After speaking with Natalie, I decided to forego contacting the rest. She was friendly, helpful and very informative. Pirabaharan, the HVAC technician, came and carried out the diagnosis , leakage testing, and pressuring for several hours. He displayed a thorough knowledge of the entire process, was meticulous, informative and very patient. Glad to have connected with a contractor who lives up to its name and reputation in social media.

I was really happy with their service. Jason immediately find the problem in my cooling system and fixed it in a hour. He was super professional, experienced and explained me everything before touch anything.

Needed a Carrier AC Qem winter cover. High Efficiency Heating and Cooling was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Ordered in the morning and delivered to my home late that day. Thankyou for the great service. Will diffenitly use them in the future for any Hvac repairs.

The technician, Sergui, was amazing. He knew the unit so well, and very patiently diagnosed and repaired it. This was in the middle of a heat wave so he’s a lifesaver.
