I was desperately looking for a qualified, trustworthy and knowledgeable person to assist me with an issue I was having with my condo Havc. I had made a few calls and research in advance. After a warm welcome from my call to High Efficiency Cooling & Heating inc. i was connected with Serguie. Sergiue arrived and was exactly what I needed. My condo unit is tenanted so it was extremely important I had someone who would be sensitive and understanding to them and acted quickly and efficiently, Serguei did just that. He successfully repaired a leak at had that ended up saving my a lot of money! He stayed committed to address every issue and concern I had. I had to address further issues with my condo and Serguei walked me through that. I don’t review often, but when I have an A++++experience I feel it’s important. Hands down the best Havc technician out there. I highly recommend this company.

I am very satisfied with the instalation and the cost was competitive .
I keep my room temperature high resulting very dry air . Since the humidifier was installed I feel a lot more comfortable and my breathing is greatly improved. Dry mouth and eyes eliminated. We got our AC, furnace, and central humidifier from this company. The people here are very professional and know their products very well. They have completed a thorough assessment of what we needed for our home and we have been very happy with the professionalism and work they have done. When they schedule an appointment, they are on time (which is very important to us). I would totally recommend to my friends and family. Charton was amazing and he helped with everything that we needed. He goes above and beyond.

Pirabaharan was very competent and knowledgeable. He asked about the problem, inspected the cleaner components and got inside to look at the chassis components and then fixed the problem. He also responded to my questions about the furnace and checked out my concerns.

Hvac specialist Henry Diagnosis the problem and made adjustments where needed. Henry explained clearly what the cause was and how to reduce the higher temperatures in the ductwork. Thank-you for the great service.

Our 18 year old air conditioner broke down last summer. I read about this company on the Internet and called them up. Charton returned my call promptly and was very informative. He asked relevant questions about our home including size, year it was built, which direction our home faces, amongst others. He then listed several options and made recommendations including not selling me a more expensive unit that he thought was not going to fit in with my existing system, thereby saving me money. The installation was smooth and efficient. When our 19 year old heater broke down a half year later we immediately thought to call only him and his company and once again we got excellent service with a great model at a fair price. A couple of months later we noticed our venting was not equal throughout the house and he returned my message in less than a half hour. He volunteered to drive out that same evening and within 20 to 30 minutes he had fixed the problem. He did not ask for any fee for this extra service call . I was very impressed with his service and with the professionalism of his staff during the two jobs we had done with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and air-conditioning in the future.

I called this company to fix the AC problem last December, and the technician clearly identified the problem and made the replacement of the necessary part only. This week I had furnace not blowing hot air. I called the company and the same technician came. Again, he went through the system and didn’t have to replace any parts, and the furnace returned to normal operation. I appreciated the knowledge and the honesty of the technician.
