Redoing our kitchen was our last major home reno - for many reasons - the cost, it would be disruptive, and where do you even start looking for a great contractor? Our last concern was solved when we saw a basement that Andy did. Honestly, it was the nicest family room, laundry room, bathroom, furnace room we had ever seen. No detail was missed - it was beautifully done and every space utilized.
We met with Andy and knew right off he was the man for the job. He listens to all your concerns, ideas, opinions and he has lots of professional experience to offer ideas of his own to enhance your reno. I'm an incredibly picky person with an obsessive attention to detail and Andy lived up to and surpassed my high standards.
He was here when he said he'd be, did the job in the time he said he would, the work site was tidied up spic and span at the end of every day, all the trades he deals with were also here when they said they'd be and also did a great job. His price was reasonable and it didn't change - what he quoted us is what it was, right to the end.
As for our disruptive concern - what should have been a couple of painful weeks was really not all that bad. And our kitchen? We absolutely love it!! In fact we've had Andy back for other minor fixer uppers that we've needed. We would highly recommend Andy to do your home renos - top notch person and top notch work.
