Original roof at rental property was poorly constructed when built about 9 years ago and consequently, we have had shingle lifting and damage for the past 3 winters during episodes of heavy winds. We have now decided to proceed with a complete re-roofing at the rental property because we know that Herb Lodde will provide an exemplary product and excellent workmanship.
