Just want to put a shout out to Excel Homes that built my first home. The knowledge of the Sales staff reassured me of what I was buying as I had never had owned a home before. From the Sales team looking out for my best interest to the possession Team of showing me how to take care of the home. I would recommend Excel for anyone who is buying a new home and is unsure what is involved.

This is our second build with Excel. From the sales team to the site supervisor, the experience has been awesome. Excel provides excellent value without compromising quality on the finish product.

We just bought a new home, and took possession 3 days ago. We have been very pleased with the level of service we have received during our building process. this is our first build, and it went very smoothly. We had the house on the date promised and and small thing we wanted touched up was done so without question. The sales staff are amazing!!

We built a new house with Excel. We were very pleased with the customer service that Angela gave us. Our move in date was on time, very flexible to changes. She did everything she could to help us and guide us on our decisions. Angela is knowledgable when it comes to whatever we needed it might be about the home. We would recommend Excel to others but most importantly the friendly touch and great service!!!

My husband and I built our home over in Copperfield. We couldn't be more happier. The whole process was a very positive experience for us. Maureen Myden Area Manager for Copperfield helped us through the entire process. She was absolutely fantastic and very helpful from start to finish. If we had any questions or concerns, Maureen was always quick to answer them, or if she did not know she was very quick in getting an answer for us. I am glad that we had her through our entire build, she was fabulous.

From start to finish our experience with Excel was amazing! Our new home is just beautiful and we've had nothing but a positive experience. The process was fun and exciting from when we first signed on to when we received our keys. Even after possession the few small things that needed to be taken care of were done very quickly. Excel is a great option for anyone considering building a new home, whether a basic home or with high end finishings. They do it all. We fell in love with the floor plan and we were able to customize everything on the inside to suit our taste. We have referred them to others. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process.

I picked a floor plan that I liked and made some modifications to it. The whole process was awesome. They kept me up to date with the status and sent pictures as they built it. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The house was ready 2 months early. I have already referred them to others.
