Basement Renovation review in

To make a long story short. There was an issue which the contractor agreed to correct. After two weeks of chasing he finally said he refused to fix the problem unless we signed a waiver. He then demanded to be paid up front before any work was to be completed. Like that was ever going to happen. He didn't finish the job and walked away.
Stay away from this guy.
