Last year I got water leaking from basement wall crack during my open house time selling my property. Thanks to Crack Specialist's quick reponse and their service after my call! The repaire work was done in a clean and professional way.

Todd came to our home the day I called and accurately assessed the potential "moisture issue". Wes and Jamie arrived ahead of their scheduled time the next day, were very courteous and efficient. They would have been done early, too, if we hadn't flooded them with questions. Sorry guys! But they were very knowledgeable and I really appreciate them taking this extra time to make sure everyone was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Last year during the ice storm we had a huge leak in our basement, we contacted another company to come in and fix it ASAP only to spend the last year trying to get them back to repair what we weren't happy with to no avail. We heard about Crack Specialists contacted them and within 24 hours Jamie and Wes showed up, evaluated the situation and repaired the crack in the basement wall. They were very professional and answered all of our questions/concerns and brought us a huge deal of relief.

Jamie showed up on time. He did a great job. He was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions.

I am very happy about the guarantee on the work and the fact that it comes with a transferable warranty.

We have used the Crack Specialists for foundation repairs at our old house and were pleased with the results. We had to use the warranty on one of the cracks, but that was handled immediately and without any hassle.

We have since moved. We were having water issues in our storage area. Todd came out and found that it was only a caulking issue around the door. He saved us hundreds of dollars for an easy fix.

We were also having problems with water coming thru cracks in the middle of our cement floor. They came to drill a hole so we could watch the water levels. It turned out to be a plumbing issue. But they followed up to ensure that everything was okay.

I had them repair 2 foundation leaks in 2 months. Both times the workers were neat, clean and polite. On both occasions they arrived on time. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do I know who to call.

technician named Matt from crack specialist is knowledgeable, did his job today(Dec/06/2014) very professionally. From what I can access now, the hair line crack in my basement should be fixed although time will tell, and lifetime transferable warranty is provided. Thanks Matt!

They honoured their quote from 3 years ago, and gave us a break on the cost of ripping down our drywall after my hubby made a big mistake!! Ha ha ha, Great guys and service!
