Office closet design

Jessica was totally unreliable and only wanted to attempt to convince me that her design flaws were my inability to read her drawings.

The workmen scratched the wood stairs and did a poor job of installation the first time around.

After I expressed how dissatisfied I was with the design and installation, Jessica then sold me another closet to "fix" their errors from the initial installation.

The second workman did a better job, but I ended up paying substantially more through this Company and their representative than had I bought anywhere else.

To add insult to injury, this firm continues to attempt to solicit business from me despite my requesting them to stop several times.

My opinion is spend your money somewhere else and you will have a much better chance of receiving a quality product that is what you "actually" want than to overpay and end up with what Closets by Design and their representative Jessica wants to "sell" you.

Bedroom Closet

I had a design in mind for my bedroom closet approx 111" x 96".
The designer did a nice design with upper cabinets and lower cabinets.
The manager came to make sure I was going to be happy and take another look at my space. My son and I took out the existing shelves, doors, and baseboard. I prepared the walls for the new cabinets.
The installers were very professional. Installed in a timely manner, no arguments, no damage to floors or walls.
