Riti Glass & Mirror

Thank you so much to Rajat at Riti Glass! I recently took a broken mirror to Riti Glass for repair. It turned out to be a much more difficult repair than they anticipated, so there were some issues along the way. It turned out that the mirror could not be repaired back to it's original state as we had hoped. Rajat was extremely helpful and worked quickly to try to rectify the situation. In the end, he did not charge me for the time they took to try to fix my mirror and in fact, purchased a brand new mirror for me and had it dropped off at my front door. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Riti Glass. It's reassuring to know there are companies out there who will do whatever they can to make their customers happy.
