Disappointing, the company has been difficult to deal with at times and we are still struggling to get this job completed. They are apparently busy but they need to work within time frames. Too long!!
Work that is completed is satisfactory but this should of been a better experience!

I am sorry to hear that your experience with us did not go well. It is an unfortunate side effect that the specialized nature of our crews tends to spread the work out. To address this we are bringing in a new system that will streamline our jobs and hopefully minimize the time gaps between crews.
