oes not stand behind their work. In addition the woman on the phone was confrontational, rude and less than professional. I was inquiring about a warranty as well as work done 10 years ago. I had considered getting an estimate for new work but due to her rudeness and refusal to discuss calmly( I have all the original warranties and invoices) I will never deal with them again and can only warm others to beware. The previous owners at least were polite. Shingles on roof and outer building barely lasted 6 years. Was told the warranty not valid due to manufacturer( yet they still used these shingles). New owners were rude and confrontational when I tried to get them to assess. Beware
