New roof and window/siding replacement on roof penthouse of 36 unit Strata in White Rock.
Worst year of my life, supposed to take two weeks dragged out nearly a year and still no satisfaction. They left debris on roof for months, cigarette butts everywhere on new roof even though "no smoking sign" posted. Huge strata insurance claim flooding 3 units first heavy rain after they began. More leaks later through penthouse envelope so they claim. Insufficient inspection reports claiming all was good. Outside inspector we hired found numerous deficiencies. Unfortunately they were already paid. Still no remedy to deficiency report nearly a year to the day project began. They took advantage of a small inexperienced strata and I'm sure hire inexperienced poorly trained people to do work, at least they did on our building anyway.
