After a couple of service calls to see if they could keep my old furnace running for another winter, I decided we just needed to replace the whole heating / cooling system - the Canada Greener Homes Grant program made it sensible to do both furnace and AC replacement at the same time.
Everyone involved - Azim the service tech, Masoud the sales rep, and Navid the installer - were professional and helpful.
The new system works great.
Only complaint is that the "energy auditor" company that Maple Air uses is more expensive than the available rebate - but I was also told I was welcome to use one of my choice.
