Product not properly dry at installation time, installation was done bad, the stairs were not sealed, stairs cracked after 15 months of installation. Both staff and owner are rude with absolutely no client relation skills, and very abusive behavior. Unable to listen to client complaint or have a simple discussion regarding the issue. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
Also, note that you if you are installing stairs, you are not getting mirage. What the company offers is hardwood cut by its own employees in the company's shop.
