We had a wood burning fireplace installed where there wasn’t one before. Josh was Knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all our options and details. Babz was fast to respond with our quotes and booking the install date. The work was done on time and without fuss. We are now enjoying our new stove!

I used Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store to have a new natural gas fireplace insert put into my home.

Even during the COVID-19 pandemic Classic Fireplace were easy to work with.

The installers were clean and professional. The product was installed quickly and looks just great.

needed a service call to install my Green Egg into a table stand a bought from Classic Fireplace. They sent out two Techs - Zack and John. these Techs fixed my problem in 30 min. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to Terry at the Pickering store for sending them out. This is a store I will continue to deal with.

The home we purchased a few years ago came with a gas log fireplace whose damper was bolted open per regulations, sucking a lot of warm air in the winter and cool air in the summer. Classic worked even through the CCP pandemic with emailed photos, then with an onsite technician, to provide an estimate for a range of options. We discussed the options by phone and settled on a very sharp-looking refit that enhanced the look of our brickwork, looking custom-made to fit. Our installers were done in about 2 hours, providing all the instructions we needed to initialize the installation. Classic even reduced the estimate since the installers were able to reuse the previous gas supply line. It's good to work with pros who deal squarely with you.
