Haven Home Heating and Air Conditioning

We called about our 3 year old air conditioner that we purchased from Haven Home. We were putting in a service call to have a technician come and fix the problem. Eleanor, the representative who answered the phone walked us through some possible scenarios to fix our A/C problem. Our A/C now works Thanks to Eleanor! Thank you again!

The reason I did not rate it higher has nothing to do with Jake. We originally had the service scheduled for December and had had it booked 6 months in advance. The company cancelled and was unable to reschedule the appointment in a timely fashion ( earliest they offered was February after we were away) and although we were on a cancellation list they failed to come before we left in late January.

Under the terms of our maintenance plan, Brayden attended today to conduct the maintenance review of our air conditioner. He was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient, and answered our questions in a very helpful manner.
