excellent service follow up. the particular tradesperson (Barry) involved was meticulous: Regarding the use of his tools, he made sure there was a protective mat so the hardwood and counters were not in harms way. His work was flawless. Repair work can be as much an art as a technical task. His clean up was thorough (many trades have their own definition of this, Barry's was above and beyond mine...and I'm quite the clean freak). An extremely pleasant experience.
