Worst after-sales service for broken bed

I bought a King size bed and a bunk bed among other items 3 days ago.One of the foundations for the King size bed was broken and so I called Ikea.They gave me a reference number and promised to deliver a new one the next day.I waited in vain then i had to call to follow up.The call center person that picked up the call said they had no clue that i was supposed to get a new piece.I was gonna spend more money at Ikea but not any more.I would rather spend more elsewhere and receive good after sales service.CHEAP IS REALLY EXPENSIVE
