After the first year, a slight adjustment to the tautness of the fabric was required. Helen, the General Manager, personally led me step by step over the phone. She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and within minutes the awning was back to factory standards and continues to operate perfectly.
Just yesterday, the Somfy Wind Sensor stopped functioning. Dead batteries were suspected. No matter how hard Helen tried, I could not figure out how to access the batteries, and, in trying, ended up cracking the container.
At her insistence, I brought the unit to her, and within minutes she changed the batteries, provided me with a new container, gave me a big smile, and sent me on my way. No charge. Example of superb after "sales service" . A real first class company, with a caring General Manager who sets the tune.
