Sureway Window Fashions

Ive used Sureway twice now, very happy the guts time, the second time not so much! I the lady that came to the house was very personable (sorry I cant remember her name)x. Curtains came on time and one panel had a small spot on it and it was replaced. However on one window (I had two windows done) the panels are dragging on the floor. I had them come out and check and they said oh overtime some curtains do that and that I could have them risen but because they touch the floor unevenly that wouldnt work and then nothing was done. You know I would not complain and time has gone by but I spent a lot of money for good quality which I got but not good service. Everytime I look at those curtains I get a bit angry.
