We requested a security review of our home through AlarmTech. We live is an area of Cambridge that rarely reports problems but that one additional feature just makes you feel that much more secure. Stephen came to the house, walked through it, told us where our vulnerabilities might be, recommended a system that would meet our needs and provided a comprehensive quote. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He provided information, answered our questions and left it to us to contact him once we'd reviewed the finding and the quote. We arranged installation very quickly. Mitchell did the installation which was completed within about 2 hours. He carefully walked us through the operation of the system and answered all of our questions. Both of the gentlemen were highly professional and courteous. We've now had the system for several months and are very happy with it. It's easy to use and allows us to leave the house knowing it's got an added layer of protection beyond the neighbours who come in to check the house when we are away. We would highly recommend Alarmtech. Stephen and his team won't steer you wrong.
