Richard and his team are simply the best! They are above a 10/10 rating in my books. Extremely punctual, they actually arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled. They had all the right equipment to protect my furniture and carpets during the move. Richard's crew were very polite and clean, and a pleasure to work with. Moving is always stressful, but within a few minutes of dealing with Richard and his crew, I had a sense that I could trust them to do what I'd hired them to do, without having to do much, if any, supervision. They were very careful with all my stuff, and nothing got scratched (furniture or walls) or broken. Hiring Richard and his crew was the best decision I could have made. I'd originally planned to use a crew of 2, but upon recommendation, I opted for a crew of 3, which made the move much more efficient - it's worth the extra money.
