In the fall of 2008 we were extremely shocked to discover that we had bedbugs. We reported this to the management who immediately sent in exterminators, but though things were better, our problem did not completely go away. Eventually we decided to choose our own company, and based on the reviews I read on the net, I picked Mr. Waheed Ahmed at Pesticon Pest Control.

Mr. Ahmad is very professional, and very personable. The best thing is that he guarantees his work, and so was as anxious as we were to get rid of these bugs, and I found this attitude to be extremely reassuring. He is always very easy to reach by phone or e-mail. He returns calls very quickly, and is willing to answer any questions. He will try to come whenever you need him to. Because of his efforts, I am hoping we are now pest-free, but because other apartments here have also been infested, I guess we can't be positive of staying that way.

I noticed traces of rodents and tried one thing after the other, humane traps, spring traps, poison, and a $150 zapper. It just kept getting worse.
Finally I called Waheed at Pesticon, who came on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He gave us a written guarantee and since the problem was quite advanced at that point, we had to call him back a couple of months later. He kept his guarantee, was prompt and polite and we are now rodent-free. I wish I had called him in the first place and saved all the time, money and stress.

I originally called Pesticon in the summer for a mouse problem in my home, my upstairs tenants found 3-4 mice crawling around, I also had a few mice on my floor as well. I had the very unfortunate situation of accidentally bringing bed bugs from my old apartment to the house I had just bought. Our house was overrun with tiny flying and crawling bugs and when they started showing uo in the bedrooms we had had enough. It was late Friday afternoon approaching the Thanksgiving weekend, and no-one was available until after the weekend, on Tuesday. We desperately needed someone to come out right away and Mr. Ahmed of Pesticon was the only one willing to go ut of his way to help us.
