Technician had NO clue what he was doing....came out twice and left, washer STILL not working. Called office, basically told too bad and make ANOTHER appointment next week. They call before they come to your appointment and if you don't answer your phone.....they don't come. SO, don't have phone problems cause they will never come, EVEN if you say come anyway we ARE here. Lady in office is rude and unhelpful.
