Steamsweepers

Last week my dog had an accident on the carpet. It was about 5:30 pm when I got home and noticed it on our living room floor. She is getting old and I had been gone since 6 am that morning so I had no idea how long it had been there. I thought about taking care of it myself but have heard that often times this could make it worse. I remembered a friend telling me that they hired Steam Sweepers to clean their carpets several times in the past, so I grabbed the phone book and gave them a call. Art answered the phone and told me that he could schedule me in at 9:30 am the next morning! He also gave me advice as to what I should do in the mean time when his employees got there the next morning. He let me know I should blot as much as I could out of the carpet with a dry cloth and apply some white distilled vinegar and water on the spot then blot it again. His employee Adam did a great job. The stain came right out and there was no lingering odor! I am very pleased with the results and will be calling them again for any future carpet mishaps!
