Silver State Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

**CONSUMER ALERT**

Don't be fooled by Silver State Carpets advertised specials!!! They really put the pressure on for you to buy their up-sell services like pre-treatment that should be included in any carpet cleaning. The first technician showed up with one of those carpet cleaning machines that you rent from the hardware store and I refused and called the main number and he agreed to send a truck mounted unit. This next guy tried to sell me over $250 in up-sells and was very persistent. I argued with him for over 20 minutes before he agreed to clean the carpets for the quoted price.

What a joke....this morning the carpet looks just like it did before the cleaning....all I got was a "wet vacuum"!!! I called customer service and they just blew me off.

WARNING.....POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP!!!!
