These guys who work for TW cable are a joke. You need to make an appointment with them just for a technician to come out. My internet was receiving a significant amount of lag time, and it took a week for them to come to my house to fix it. They kept insisting it was the router's problem, and not their modems problem. I switched out the modem, and everything is running smoothly. I've had problems with them in the past, and they keep insisting it's something else's fault rather than their own!
