Phillips seemed like a good company to deal with, but I really wish I had read the other review on this site first. Overall, the experience was pretty lousy. Their workers seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing, and nearly claimed they couldn't complete the work. The work itself took longer than they said it would, cost more than the original estimate, and was generally just mediocre. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are lots of other companies out there to hire -- look someplace else.
