1st time - job: replaced a missing exterior shingle on the outside wall. they came and did the work with no fuss.
2nd time - job: replace central humidifier. No one showed up as scheduled. Called them and they arranged another date. Again. No one showed up. No follow up call to reschedule.

Reply to Company Response Dec 19, 200 - excuses escuses excuses. If I nickled and dimed you, you could simply refused the job Why did you agreed to come twice but no showed up?

Mr Chow booked with us last year to replace a shingle, we quoted him an hourly rate and he tried to nickle and dime us. In regards to the humidifier - I told Mr Chow that we don't do them. These are attached to your Furnaces and need to be done by a licenesed technician.
