Lawn Maintenance review in

I have used this service provider for a few years now. The team of specialists and staff have offered quality lawn care, fertilizing, aerating, and grub control at a fair price, thereby freeing up my time to do other things. What I especially like is their policy to come back and reapply a product, at no charge, if "Mother Nature" interferes with the original application. (i.e. It rains but the lawn should not have been watered for 24 hours.) Their service can be pre-paid, thus saving a 10-20% but, it is an ongoing service, so, if you only want it for one season you must actively cancel the service.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- To improve the service I would recommend that they leave a little more time for the technicians to talk to the clients at the time of application. They have so many applications to complete in one day that they do not have a lot of time to spend with the homeowner. The fact that the managers or specialists are available to consult is good and somewhat compensates for this weak point.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Using this type of service can free up time to do other things.
