Hired to do siding and ongoing construction work at condo complex. Job came in way over budget as he had little experience on a job of that magnitude and continually had to monitor him for cutting corners. Work done for homeowners units usually came back with complaints on quality and timeliness. When confronted with issues, he often resorts to yelling and threatening the source of the complaint. Avoid if possible having him do work for you.
