My house lost a few shingles on Tuesday and it will rain during the weekend. I contact a few companies and they are all busy. Tops offered to come over and they DID in the same day. They fixed the missing shingles and also agree to check any loose ones. This company is efficient and has pleasant workers. The price is reasonable. I have recommended it to my colleague whose family may replace there roof in the near future.

I was very impressed with the way Tops Roofing conducted their business. Their quote was in the middle range and I was very satisfied with the quality of the shingles and the workers who installed the roofing. My neighbours were impressed (this included a roofer on my street). They left the place clean after the roofing was installed. Great job Ron, Brian and Wanda. I got several quotes to replace the shingles on my roof. Tops Roofing quote fell in the mid to lower range of the quotes I recieved but I heard good things about them so we decided to go with them. We were very impressed with the job they did both on the roof and with the cleanup afterwards - havent found any nails or debris left on the ground and the roof looks great.

We hired this company to replace the shingles on our roof. Two days after the roof was completed a number of singles flew off and landed in our neighbours yard which exposed the wood. When I called the company to complain Bryan was very arrogant as if it was our fault. I told him I wanted to meet with him to have it inspected by him and discuss my concerns but he was not pleased and didn't really want to go through the trouble. His response was 'You need to pay me for the job'. I never said I wouldn't pay him for the job but I wanted him to address our cercerns first since the job had not been done right. He said he would come out and fix the problem and take a look. We also asked for metal vents but instead ended up with plastic vents. When the workers arrived I noticed them throwing shingles into our vegetable garden. I asked them not to do this and then went to went. When I got home my garden had been wrecked and cigarette butts had been thrown in it by the workers. They had moved our bbq and tables away from the house and just left them in the middle of the yard.

These guys were nice to start, then damaged my deck in several spots as they had no protection anywhere on my property, i was upset about this and i overheard one of the roofers swearing about me complaining. i asked the owner to come and look at the damages on my deck which are significant, and he aid he would come by and never did. I took several pictures of the aftermath - the damages will cost me around $1500 to fix. the backyard wasn't even swept up, i had to pressure wash my deck to get all the rubble off of it and re-paint it. the two curved bannisters that were completely smashed have not been replaced yet. The fact that I never heard back from the owner who promised he would have a look at my yard is unacceptable, i have left a message with them since with no return call yet. My roof was completed in November.

Very happy with the word done by thsi company. Was recommended to me ba a neighbor, and I would not hesitate to give a referral. Price was right in line with others who quoted. Even though we had been a fair amount of rain, they installed on the the original planned dare. Absoultely no prlblems with the roof since the replacement and it look great.

Tops was professional from start to finish. On time with quotes and the work was superb. We totally recommend them if you need a new roof. Polite, neat, courteous, and a competitive price.

We decided on Tops Roofing on the recommendation of our good friends. We were not disappointed! We were worried because we had heard so many horror stories about roofing companies, but they were professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. After they were done there were no telltale signs that they had even been. They were respectful of our gardens and property and we had to call THEM about three times after to ask when we could pay for the job. Too bad more companies aren't like Tops Roofing!

His team of roofers did an exceptional job on the roofing installation in our home, on time, on budget and absolutely no surprises.

The knowledge of this company also added some extra comfort in our home with an additional installation of an attic fan.

Three years after the installation of that roof and fan we had an issue that arose with the fan. We placed one call into Tops Roofing Inc. and the call was returned next morning indicating they would be out to look at and repair the issue. The next morning, they were there and after 15 minutes had the issue corrected. I repeat, THREE YEARS LATER with after sales service!!!!!

It is rare to get exceptional service consistently anymore. Tops Roofing Inc is one of those rare exceptions. Just Excellent all the way around.

We have just had our roof replaced by Tops roofing and we are completely impressed with the company. We have dealt with endless contractors in the past and can honestly say that we have never had as good an experience as this time. The crew was at our house on time on both days. They worked very hard and did a great job on the roof and then cleaned up the area and made sure there were no stray nails. Brian the owner was punctual when he originally came to give us the quote and then actually brought us samples to choose from on another day, which again he was punctual for. He gave us a booklet on the ins and outs of roofs which really helped us decide what we wanted and educated us a bit on the whole topic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates high end customer service. Thanks Tops!!
