After careful deliberation of a tender result our organization chose The Michael Thomas Group Inc. to undertake the construction of our new Corporate offices on the recommendations of our broker, although they were not the low bidder.
Turns out our broker was right on the mark as the experience of the site superintendent and the trade relationships saved our organization both time and money in the long run.
A lesson learned, to choose the right contractor for your project regardless of price is money well spent.
