Had this company into my home in 2020 to get a quote for a furnace. Was told my furnace needed to be red tagged. Little did they know that I am in the real estate industry & understand what that means.
I had another quote done previously & called that contact and asked if my furnace was in that bad of shape. He said absolutely not & he was tssa certified & is required by law to red tag a furnace if it poses a safety issue.

Im sure that because I am a woman they thought they could pull a fast one on me. The sales rep that did this was Joe, just an fyi to the public. I misplaced the business card so that is why I never got around to doing a review.
