Twenty-plus years ago I had Sunburst Shutters installed in our living and dining rooms. They made a great addition to our home as the windows were odd sizes with curved tops. The end result was that the look was very clean and uncluttered. I am still extremely happy with the shutters as they are extremely durable with no cracking, fading or yellowing.

Recently I installed new windows and needed to have the shutters removed. The installer from Sunburst, Kola, removed and re-installed the shutters. It turns out that Kola was the one who originally installed them all those years ago!

Brian and his team were recommended to me by my realtor. He was a pleasure to deal with from design through completion of my project. On the initial visit, he listened to what I wanted for the closets and now I have exactly what I wanted in my 5 closets. For the blinds, I wasn't very knowledgeable - he explained the options to me and patiently guided me through the decision process. He was professional and responsive throughout, even responding to my text messages while he was on vacation with his family.

There were a couple of deficiencies in the installation - a missing closet shelf, which was a minor point and he brought me the shelf himself. For the blinds, the wrong translucency was installed and Brian made it right.

The installation teams were prompt, polite, efficient and competent.
