It was clear in the initial consultation process that Bally was a pro. We went to three companies in our search to find someone to work on our backyard. Bally's quote was not the lowest but it was the best laid out and incorporated our ideas. He had great input and was not afraid of some of the constraints imposed by the unique configuration of our property and the materials that we wanted to use. The project was well run from top to bottom and when we had a small hiccup in the process, he and his team remedied it quickly and professionally without complaint - this, if you've done any reno work, is a big deal.

We will be doing our front yard with him next year and would not hesitate to recommend him.
