Absolute Roof Solutions

This company put a new roof on my house and I found them to be charming, very sweet and lovely! They did a very good job and got it done in the designated timeframe. They cleaned up properly and the roof no longer leaks!

They replaced the roof. The work itself was okay but the conduct of the workers not so much. They were organized and the quality of the roof seemed to be okay but I found the workers playing cards sitting on the customer’s furniture while hanging out on the porch. Otherwise everything was okay, the work was professionally done and passed inspection. When they were done everything was cleaned up. They could have been neater along the way incase the owner came home, in which case it wouldn’t have left a good impression.

Absolute did a complete roof repair on my house and were very good. They were earlt, finished when they said they would (within the day), cleanup went very well and their work was thorough.

They fixed our flat roof on top of the garage and introduced a new product to us. It’s a plastic stretchable product for the roof. We’re always willing to try new things and thought in terms of the price point it was similar to older options. I felt comfortable giving it a try because we’ve worked with this company before. Beneficial because it’s one big piece rather than pieces and it’s white to begin with so it keeps the building cool. If it doesn’t leak, we’re happy and it looks great, not your typical dark flat roof. So far we are pleased.

I looked on the internet to find a good roofing company and chose Absolute because their sales person was available for an estimate (they weren't the priciest or the cheapest). The roof work was all good and the cleanup was nice. I'd give them an 8 and a half out of 10.

Absolute did a complete reroof of a 5000 square foot house and did excellent quality work. They came on the date that they said they would and arranged for materials to be delivered to the site, and that was on a Monday. They proceeded to work with a four man crew, long days, including the Saturday of that week. Some came back on the Sunday and completed the cleanup of the mess that you get when you re-roof. They did a very good cleanup job. I’d like to emphasize that they did everything they said they’d do and did it exactly as they said they would. I’ve recommended them to people we know and would not hesitate to recommend them again.

What happened is they did the roof it was fine. But then we had a problem with squirrels they had pulled the screen out during the process and the squirrel proof vents they put it didn’t work. The squirrel removal was $900 plus the replacement of the vents. We phoned asking for adjustment and haven’t heard back yet. I spoke to them twice and had photo proof. The people removing the squirrels found that the material was so light the squirrels bit right through. We offered to split the bill with Absolute for the squirrel removal. The first man on the phone was quite nice, the second was not that nice but he did agree to split the cost. Monday and we sent photos of the squirrel emerging from the vent and he was dismissive. He said he’d get back to us and didn’t.

Absolute Roof Solutions offers professional and quality work! I was impressed with how quick and efficient they worked. They respected my property and was even on time for their appointment too! I would definitely recommend them and give them a rating of nine out of ten. Although it can be a bit pricey, it was worth the quality work!

They did not solve the leak. They said they patched the membrane and put new aluminum edging. I noticed it leaking two months later. It could have
Been leaking sooner but no one was there to inspect it. We called them every week and had someone go over only because they thought we had a garage roof to repair. When they
Were told about the leak they did not fix properly we were told another crew would need to fix it with a torch on. We tried to get the other crew out but they kept giving us excuses. We were told that they would not fix it under warranty. DO NOT use this company is my advise.

I would like to compliment Absolute Roof Solutions for the excellent work involved in completing my roofing project. After explaining what I wanted, your representative Kevin Luethi was clear and accurate about the scope of materials, costs, and labour that would be required. He presented a detailed proposal outlaying all aspects and a time line for completion of the job. Work began and was finished as promised.
